General provisions
1. The following statute determines regulations to follow during one’s stay.
2. Every guest, by signing an agreement, states to have read the following statute and obligates to adhere to it.
3. Every guest obligates to adhere to the following statute and fire-fighting regulations.
Conditions of stay
1. Apartments are rented for check-in/out times. A check-in starts at 1500hrs on one’s day arrival. A check-out finishes at 1100hrs on one’s day departure.
2. Smoking on lodging facilities premises is not allowed.
3. A guest bears material responsibility for any damages. Claims will be disbursed to the landlord on one’s day departure.
4. A guest is obligated to notify the landlord on any damages one has caused.
5. A guest is obligated to notify the landlord in the event of any malfunction that has occurred either in the apartment, rooms or when appliances do not work right.
6. The landlord reserves the right of lien to retain goods in his possession as a claim for stay or damages.
7. Quite hours are effective from 2200 to 0600hrs.
8. Every guest is obligated to utilize the apartments the way it does not disturb others stay.
9. Visitors are allowed to pay visits until 220hrs.
10. It is not allowed for outsiders to stay in the apartments.
11. It is not allowed to have any pets in the apartments.
12. In the event of losing the keys, a guest is obligated to pay for a new lock, or making a copy of keys.
The landlord rights and duties
1. The landlord does not take any responsibility for any single item left in the apartments by a guest. In the event of leaving personnal belongings, they will be delivered to a guest, at the guest’s expense. The way and time of delivery will be discussed with a guest in advance.
2. The landlord does not take any responsibility for stealing, denting, or damaging a guest’s car/cars parked in the parking lot.
3. The landlord responsibility is to provide maximum safety for all the tenants.
